Dining Room Update

I sort of gave this update away awhile back, but I thought I’d officially update the progress now.  I’m still waiting on our rug – p.s. Ballard Designs takes an EXTREMELY long time to ship rugs, but I think the dining room is show-able for now. 

I’m still debating painting the walls, and I’d like to get a shelf to go over the bar console we have to hang wine glasses from, and I’d like to do off-white/cream, monogrammed slipcovers for the chairs eventually… ala this….

but it’ll do for now. :)  I absolutely LOVE our new table – it is the perfect combination of farmhouse and traditional.  Plus, the trestle-style makes it easier to squeeze extra seats around it with no annoying table legs getting in someone’s way.  

We’ve got some big backyard changes coming up too – hopefully I’ll have a great before/after to share early next week!
