We have counters!

Along with painting this week, we have counters and tile! It's amazing what a difference the granite and backsplash make in the kitchen -- it's starting to feel like an actual home! I think the rest of this week they will be finishing up the painting/trim work (although I think they don't install some of it until the hardwood floors are down) and then they will start "grading" our lot to get it ready for the sprinkler system.

The workers were there when I went today, so excuse all the stuff on top of the island. (Also if you could just ignore the layer of dust covering everything in the house at this point, that would be great.)

The holes on the right are where the microwave and oven will be - the cooktop will be in the middle of the counters

We also have tile now! We are only putting in tile in the utility room and bathrooms, and it's covered in cardboard right now, but here are a few pics of the bathrooms anyways.
